Плов с Булгуром

Быстрый рецепт плова из куриной грудки и булгура.

Directions

  1. Обжарить на сковороде без масла лук, морковь и куриное филе. Булгур сварить в кастрюле 8-10 минут (соотношение с водой 1:2).
  2. Готовый булгур всыпать на сковороду, добавить куркумы для цвета и приправы по вкусу, все вместе потомить под крышкой 10 минут.
