Jugo de Naranja con Piña y Avena

Delicioso jugo de naranja, piña y avena, fácil de preparar y excelente opción de recuperación después de hacer actividad física

  1. Antes de iniciar con la preparación, Recordemos que es importante masajear con las manos la fruta antes de empezar a cortar, pues de este modo se rompen los gajos de la fruta y gracias a eso se libera mas jugo, una vez hecho esto cortaremos y exprimiremos las naranjas. (con 2 o 3 debería ser suficiente). La piña la cortaremos en rodajas de 2 cm aproximados, de este modo será mas fácil de manejar y con una sola podemos completar la medida necesaria, posteriormente terminaremos de limpiarla/pelarla y cortaremos en cubitos.
  2. Una vez tengamos los ingredientes listos, los licuaremos todos juntos hasta que la avena quede completamente molida y serviremos.
