Directions
- Cortar los bastones de los champiñones.
- Cocer la taza de espinaca en una olla.
- Cortar en cubos el resto de verduras y jamón.
- Escurrir la espinaca e incorporar al resto de las verduras.
- En la taza de leche fría incorporar la maicena y revólver hasta diluirla. Incorporarla a las verduras hasta su ebullición. Aliñar con pimienta y orégano.
- Rellenar los champiñones, poner un trozo de queso y orégano en sima y gratinar a 180 grados por 15 a 30 min dependiendo del horno.
