Crostata Integrale di Marmellata Light e Vegan

Directions

  1. Mescolare farina, zucchero, lievito, olio e latte finché diventa un panetto compatto.
  2. Avvolgere nel cellofan e lasciare riposare in frigo per 30 minuti.
  3. Stendere su carta da forno i 2/3 dell'impasto e inserire in uno stampo per crostate da circa 26 cm di diametro.
  4. Cospargere di marmellata.
  5. Tagliare a strisce l'impatto restante e creare la classica "ragnatela".
  6. Informare per 20 minuti in forno preriscaldato a 180 gradi.
