Calzone Végétarienne

Pizza en chausson. Plat complet végétarien.

Directions

  1. Étaler la pâte à pizza sur une feuille de papier sulfurisé. Préchauffer le four à 200°C. Trancher en fines lamelles les tomates, l'oignon et le comté.
  2. Badigeonner la moitié de la pâte de moutarde. Dresser par étage, la tomate, le sel, le comté, l'oignon, le paprika et le tartare.
  3. Replier la moitié de tarte vide sur la moitié garnie et souder les bords avec les doigts. Enfourner 25 minutes à 200°C. Sortir du four, laisser reposer 5 minutes puis trancher en deux et déguster.
