Panquecas de Proteína y Avena

Saludable receta de panquecas de avena perfecta para el desayuno.

Directions

  1. Pone en la licuadora las claras de huevo, la avena, la proteína en polvo, la canela y por ultimo la miel, licúa todo hasta tener una pasta homogénea.
  2. Se calienta una sartén de teflon y se cocinan las panquecas hasta que se cuezan.
  3. Se acompañan con miel o mermelada light.
