Mashed Red Potatoes

The perfect side for any main meal.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In large Dutch oven, combine quartered potatoes, 1 tablespoon salt and onion; add water to cover.
  2. Bring to a boil over high heat; reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until tender. Drain well.
  3. Add remaining salt, cream cheese, butter and a dash of pepper. Mash together.
  4. Note: based on recipe from Paula Deen.
