Fröknäcke

Fyra olika fröer blandat med majsmjöl, vatten och olja. Knaprigt gott istället för snacks eller bröd.

Directions

  1. Blanda alla torra ingredienser i en skål. Sätt ugnen på 175 grader.
  2. Tillsätt oljan och kokande hett vatten. Rör om.
  3. Bred ut smeten på bakplåtspapper. Platta till med en gaffel. Lägg sedan ett annat bakplåtspapper på smeten och kavla ut så att smeten täcker hela plåten och bli jämn. Strö över flingsalt om du gillar sälta. Grädda i mitten av ugnen ca 80 min, gärna med varmluft men sänk då till 150 grader.
