- Batir el huevo, incorporar el azúcar.
- Machacar el plátano y mezclar con el avena y la mezcla de huevo y azúcar, se puede agregar nuez o pasas al gusto.
- Hacer tortitas con la mezcla y colocar en un recipiente de vidrio previamente engrasado (para que no se pegue) y hornear en el microondas durante minuto y medio (depende de la potencia del microondas, checar si se ve cocido) sacar y voltear y hornearlo minuto y medio, dejar enfriar y a disfrutar.
