Directions

  1. Cozinhe a couve flor em agua e sal até ficar bem macia. Bata no liquidificador com a agua do cozimento e reserve.
  2. Em uma panela doure a cebola eo alho na banha. Adicione o bacon e a calabresa e frite bem. Adicione a couve flor e deixe ferver por cinco minutos.
  3. Se desejar coloque pimenta vermelha. Adicione a couve picada e está pronto seu caldo verde.

Eu substituiria a banha por óleo de azeite de oliva,porque faz bem para o coração e as artérias, enquanto que a banha é muito prejudicial as artérias.
