Fröknäcke

Goda snacks knäcke till när man är sugen på något eller som tilltugg vid välkomstdrink.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Sätt ugnen på 175 grader. Rör ihop alla ingredienser utom saltet till en kladdig deg. Kavla eller tryck ut degen på ett bakplåtspapper och lägg den på en plåt. Tryck ut en så tunn platta som möjligt. Strö över flingsalt och tryck ner det lite lätt.
  2. Skär 42 kex med en kniv eller sporre. Grädda mitt i ugnen i ca 35 minuter. Låt kallna och bryt i linjerna för att få ut kexen.
