Mangoldröllchen mit Reis

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Aus Schabefleisch, Ei, Paniermehl, gewürfelter Zwiebel und Knoblauch, Salz und Pfeffer einen Hefeteig mischen.
  2. Stiele vom Mangold entfernen und für die Soße aufbewahren. Jedes der beiden Mangoldblätter auslegen, Hälfte der Hackmasse mittig verteilen, Seiten einschlagen und aufrollen.
  3. Reis (mit Mangoldstielen) 35 Min kochen, Mangoldwickel 20Min im Dampf garen.
  4. Mangoldstiele mit Sahne und Milch pürieren. Mit Pfeffer und Salz und Knofi würzen.
