- Corte os talos da couve-flor (guarde-os para preparar uma sopa ou refogado) e use apenas os buquês. Cozinhe no vapor até a hortaliça ficar "al dente".
- Coloque sobre uma tábua e pique com a ponta de uma faca afiada. Cuidado para não picar demais e virar um purê. Reserve.
- Refogue o alho com as gotas de azeite. Acrescente a couve-flor picada e refogue por mais 2 minutos. Tempere com sal e salsinha. Mexa com cuidado e sirva com os acompanhamentos que preferir.
