Sirloin Steak Stew with Mushrooms
Hearty sirloin and mushroom stew with red wine and plenty of veggies.
Ingredients
Directions
- Heat oil in dutch oven.
- Add mushrooms. cook until the mushrooms release their moisture.
- Sprinkle flour onto steak, toss to coat. Remove mushrooms from pot, set aside.
- Add steak. Brown for 3 minutes, still pink in the middle.
- Add wine, cook for 3 minutes.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Cook until reduced by 1/4 or about 30 minutes.
