Quick, easy and very satisfying.
Ingredients
Directions
- Chop up all vegetables in to small pieces and combine in a small to medium sized pot.
- Add 3/4 cup water and a pinch of salt, turn on low heat.
- Cook chicken breast in pan on medium heat, add seasoning to taste.
- After chicken is cooked chop into bite-sized pieces.
- Add chicken, broth and spices as desired.
- Let sit for a few minutes and enjoy!
