Chicken and Vegetable Soup

Quick, easy and very satisfying.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Chop up all vegetables in to small pieces and combine in a small to medium sized pot.
  2. Add 3/4 cup water and a pinch of salt, turn on low heat.
  3. Cook chicken breast in pan on medium heat, add seasoning to taste.
  4. After chicken is cooked chop into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Add chicken, broth and spices as desired.
  6. Let sit for a few minutes and enjoy!

sounds great! i'm going to nick the peppers and put in frozen mixed veggies. hope it cal/fat content stays the same or close.
