  2. Add Swerve and mix thoroughly.
  3. Add all dry ingredients.
  4. Let sit at least one minute (or cover and store in refrigerator).
  5. Heat up waffle iron.
  6. Cook for 1 1/2 minutes (alternatively, you can make pancakes).
