Chocolate Peanut Butter Creme Pudding

Creamy chocolate and peanut butter with protein and good fats to keep you satisfied.

  1. Combine sugar free pudding and skim milk according to the package directions.
  2. Add ricotta cheese and (natural) peanut butter (chunky or smooth such as Adam's Natural without salt).
  3. Mix on low speed with electric mixer, or whisk by hand to blend together all the ingredients.
  4. Note: This is full of healthy fats and ingredients that help satisfy your hunger and prevent cravings.

My husband has never been a sweet eater but whenever we are on a diet he seems to crave sweets. This pudding has satisfied his sweet craving. And I also fine it delicious!

yes, you can have sugar free pudding but it counts towards your diary/milk servings
