Keto Pizza

Receta de pizza a base de pollo.

Directions

  1. Moler el pollo en la licuadora y sazonar con sal y pimienta. En un sartén grande poner aceite de oliva y extender el pollo molido. Cocer a fuego alto para que se dore muy bien, voltear y repetir, para que quede crujiente.
  2. Agregar salsa de tomate, queso mozarella, champiñones guisados, jamón, espinacas guiadas tapar el sartén 5min para que se derrita el queso y se mezclen los sabores.
  3. Cuando esté listo Agregar albahaca fresca y un poquito nuez en pedacitos, y queso parmesano. Listo!
