Carrot Cake Overnight Oats
A tasty and healthy breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
Directions
- Combine spices, almonds, sultanas and grated carrots, mix well.
- Grate apple into yoghurt, add milk to loosen and combine well.
- Layer oat mixture and yoghurt mixture into two jars.
- Put lids on tightly and place in fridge for at least 8 hours.
- Enjoy a tasty, protein and fibre filled snack or breakfast.
