Directions
- 杏鮑菇剝絲 洋蔥切絲(根據個人喜好)。
- 南瓜切塊(不要太小,會融化找不到)。
- 雞肉切丁(根據個人喜好)。
- 咖喱塊切碎(方便融化拌勻)。
- 熱鍋,下杏鮑菇煸香,加點油,下洋蔥炒軟,下雞丁炒至變色,下南瓜塊翻炒2-3分鐘。
- 加水(沒過所有食材)煮到全開,加入咖喱塊熄火,悶20分鐘。
- 開小火,慢慢攪拌讓咖喱均勻,再度開鍋即可熄火,加一杯牛奶,完成。
