Manggo Sticky Oats

Makanan penutup yang berasal dari Thailand, dibuat dengan oatmeal sebagai pengganti nasi ketan.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Kupas mangga terlebih dahulu lalu tata kedalam piring.
  2. Selanjutnya masak oats dengan 200ml air, tambahkan garam secukupnya lalu masak hingga air menyusut. Taruh kedalam piring.
  3. Setelah itu buat saus dengan memanaskan 50ml air, tambahkan 6 sdt fibercrem lalu aduk hingga merata.
  4. Tambahkan sedikit garam dan 1/2 sdt gula, aduk kembali lalu tambahkan 1/2 sdm tepung maizena.
  5. Aduk hingha rata dan mengental.
  6. Siramkan diatas mangga dan oats yang telah di tata.
  7. Selesai.
