Pizza a Base de Coliflor

Pizza casera deliciosa, baja en carbohidratos y sencilla.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Precalienta el horno a 170°C. Ralle la coliflor cocida con un procesador de alimentos o una caja gratinada, si hay exceso de agua, retírela.
  2. Ponga la coliflor en un bol, agregue 2 huevos, sal, pimienta y especias al gusto. Remueve hasta obtener una masa homogénea.
  3. Extienda la masa en una bandeja de horno con papel pergamino durante 30 minutos en el horno precalentado.
  4. Sácalo cuando esté dorado y agrega el resto de los ingredientes y vuelve a colocarlo durante 12 minutos.
