Penny Pinchers Potatoes

A delicious potato, everyone's favourite vegetable.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 °C.
  2. Using a sharp knife, thinly slice potato without going all the way through.
  3. Pat potatoes dry with paper towel.
  4. Place, cut side up in a shallow roasting pan.
  5. Combine margarine, oil, garlic and salad dressing with a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl.
  6. Brush mixture over potatoes.
  7. Roast potatoes for 50-55 minutes, basting again half way through the cooking time.
