ПП Хачапури

Творожное тесто напоминающее хлеб с сыром.

Directions

  1. Из творога, манки и яичного белка замесить тесто. Сфармировать лодочку и поставить в духовка на 180 градусов на 15 минут.
  2. Когда лодочка подрумянится, насыпать сыр и продолжить запекать в течении 10 минут.
  3. Затем сделать посередине выемку и положить туда оставшейся желток выпекать 3-4 минуты до готовности.
