Bolo de Coco com Chocolate

Baixo teor de açúcar, saboroso e muito macio.

Directions

  1. Bater os ovos e o coco no liquidificador até o coco ficar bem fininho.
  2. Adicionar o coco ralado, o leite em pó, o eritritol e bata por 5 minutos.
  3. Transferia para uma vasilha e acrescentar o fermento e mexer bem.
  4. Coloque a mistura em uma forma untada e asse em forno pré-aquecido a 180°C por 35 minutos.
  5. Desenforme morno e coloque para esfriar em uma grade.
