  1. Hidratar a PTS. Picar a cebola, o alho e o tomate.
  2. Misturar todos os ingredientes.
  3. Em uma frigideira com pouco óleo frite dos dois lados o hambúrguer. Se preferir embrulhe cada hambúrguer em papel alumínio e coloque direto no congelador para guardar.
