Fruit Pudding Chia

Directions

  1. Laver, équeuter les fraises.
  2. Dans un bol, mélanger au fouet le lait, le miel et les graines.
  3. Mettre au réfrigérateur 30mn, mélanger toutes les 10mn.
  4. Repartir dans des ramequins ou verrines en ajoutants les fruits coupés.
  5. Garder au frais une nuit.
  6. Servir frais, décorés de fraises fraîches. Peut être fait avec de lait de soja ou lait de vache, et tous fruits.
