Zapallitos revueltos
Calabacines verdes redondos con queso y huevo.
Ingredients
Directions
- Rociar una sartén con rocío de aceite vegetal, rehogar la cebolla y el pimiento.
- Cortar en cubos pequeños el zapallito y agregar a la preparación anterior. Cocinar hasta que esté tierno. Condimentar con ajo picado, oregano y ají molido y un sobre de caldo diet.
- Batir el huevo con sal y pimienta, agregar al cocido revolviendo y por último rociar el queso rallado.
