A South Beach style summer favorite without the added sugar. Just as good as the stuff from the deli.
Ingredients
Directions
- Whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, celery seed and Splenda.
- Add cabbage and toss to combine.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper, refrigerate until ready to serve.

Good recipe but remember to specify sugar free home made mayonnaise otherwise the recipe very quickly can stop being sugar free. Where I live all store bought mayonnaise contains sugar (Woolworths mayo has 1.6g per tablespoon just as one example)

calorie count is wrong. A cup mayonnaise is 16 tablespoons with 100 calories per tablespoon. Each of 16 serving would have to have at least 100 calories just from the mayonnaise alone
