Simplesmente uma delícia. Fica perfeito com pão sírio ou com torradas.

Directions

  1. Corte os pimentões e a berinjela em cubos e coloque em um refratário.
  2. Misture os temperos com os outros ingredientes cortados e cubra com papel alumínio.
  3. Leve ao forno de 30 a 45 minutos, até ficar com uma textura ao seu agrado.
