I made a few changes when i did it a put crumbled bacon grilled onions and shredded cheese along with the cream cheese and chicken and stuffed the mixture into poblano peppers. They were yummy and low carb

This is ok but it needs some herbs and/or spices. And the nutritional info is wrong. It's for 4 whole breasts, not just the tenders.

I thought this was excellent. I also shredded my chicken and mixed it with the cream cheese/jalapenos.

This was really good! I did alter the recipe some (and lower the calories) by using 2 shredded 3oz chicken breasts instead of 4 tenders (slow cooked in red tomatoes and green chilis for flavor until they could be shredded). I also melted some pepper jack cheese over top of the peppers once they were loaded with the cream cheese mixture and chicken. It turned out great and even my picky husband enjoyed it! :) I will definitely make again - great light solution when you're craving Mexican food!
