- Picar y rehogar la cebolla en un wok profunda hasta dorarla.
- Licuar el Tomate sin piel y agregar en el wok.
- Agregar la sal y el ajo, cocinar todo unos 15 minutos a fuego moderado.
- Apagar el fuego y agregar el atún escurrido.
- Agregar un huevo y mezclar, dejar enfriar unos 30 min.
- Estirar la masa en una tartera, colocar el relleno y cocinar a fuego moderado en el horno durante unos 20 min.
