- Cortar a beringela ao meio e retirar o miolo.
- Polvilhe 2 colheres de sopa de azeite na berinjela e leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180°C por 30 minutos.
- Aqueça o azeite restante em uma frigideira, refogue a cebola picada, a carne, os tomate e os miolos de berinjela. Cozinhe por 15 minutos ou até ficar macio.
- Retire a berinjela do forno e recheie com a mistura de carne.
- Polvilhe com queijo cheddar e leve ao forno por mais 5 minutos.
