Pizza crust made with cream cheese and eggs offers a lower carb recipe.
Ingredients
Directions
- Mix cream cheese (left out for 1 hour), eggs, Parmesan cheese and garlic.
- Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) in a lightly greased/sprayed 9x13" pan for 12 to 15 minutes until lightly golden brown. Let cool 10 to 15 minutes
- Add pizza sauce and toppings to taste.
- Place back in oven for another 10 to 12 minutes, until cheese is melted. Let cool a few minutes before cutting.

Was delicious. My crust was not crispy at all. I had to eat my piece straight from the pan with a fork. Any tips on how to make the crust crispy is appreciated.
