- Picar la cebolla y pasarla por sarten sin aceite con un poco de agua.
- Cortar la naranja en 2 y exprimir una de las partes, reservar.
- Pelar la otra mitad, y conservar la pulpa.
- Dorar los filetes con las cebollas, añade el zumo. Al final de la coccion incorporar la leche, salpimentar y añadir la nuez moscada.
- Acompañar con arroz hervido.
