- Descasque e cozinhe no vapor o chuchu e separe a gema da clara.
- Em um liquidificador, adicione o chuchu, cebolas, a margarina, a noz-moscada, o sal, a mussarela e a gema (não coloque a gema primeiro, pois pode cozinhar). Em seguida, adicione o amido de milho por último.
- Bata as claras em neve e misture delicadamente com a mistura de chuchu.
- Unte as formas com margarina, despeje a massa e leve ao forno por 20 a 30 minutos a 200 - 250°C.
- Opcional: Polvilhe um pouco de queijo ralado por cima antes de assar.
