Chiles Rellenos de Queso Panela
Ideales para una cena ligera y rica.
Ingredients
Directions
- Poner a hervir los tomates con la cebolla el ajo. Una vez cocidos licuar y separar para hacer un caldillo de tomate.
- Poner a asar los chiles poblanos directamente en la estufa hasta que queden negros. Retirar y meterlos en una bolsa de plástico por 10 min para que se humedezcan. Retirar la piel quemada bajo el chorro suave del agua. Retirar semillas.
- Rellenar los chiles con de queso panela y bañar con el caldillo de tomate.
