Ingredients
Directions
- Spray a 12" saucepan with any cooking spray of your choice, butter, and olive oil.
- Sauté garlic for about 2 minutes on medium low heat.
- Add scallops and sauté for about 3 minutes, or until brown on all sides.
- Add all other ingredients except brown rice.
- Sauté all ingredients for about 3 more minutes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
