Lazy Eggs

This is ideal for when you crave something different at breakfast.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Spray muffin pan with non stick spray, place slice of bacon in the muffin well.
  2. Place a teaspoon of tomato and a teaspoon cheddar cheese in the well on top of the bacon.
  3. Break the egg into the well, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake in a preheated 180 °C oven for 20 minutes.
