Danish Cucumbers

Sweet pickle using 6 ingredients.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Dissolve sugar in water then add vinegar. Put in fridge to chill.
  2. Slice cucumbers on mandolin. Layer in a bowl and add salt. Set aside for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  3. Rinse off cucumbers and strain. Add to vinegar syrup then put a dash of pepper and chill.
