Gâteau aux Tomates et aux Olives
Délicieux, gâteau moelleux et tendre aux graines de tournesol vous vous régalerez.

Directions
- Préchauffer le four à 220°C.
- Battre les oeufs dans un bol.
- Incorporer la farine, la poudre à pâte, le coulis de tomates, l'huile d'olive et les olives vertes. Mélanger jusqu'à obtenir une pâte lisse et homogène.
- Verser dans un moule à cake. Saupoudrer de graines de tournesol et d'herbes de Provence si désiré.
- Cuire au four préchauffé pendant 30 minutes.
