Directions
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Shape into 8 patties.
- Broil for 5 minutes each side or until golden brown.
- Note: a great recipe for Weight Watchers.

Use grated parmesan cheese instead of bread crumbs and use regular mayo and it would be fine for Atkins.

I used canned crab, I recommend squeezing out the extra juices, or you'll have to use more bread crumbs to keep it together (like I did). Family on and off the WW plan loved these. As a personal taste, I'd use half the lemon juice recommended, it seemed too lemony to me. Otherwise - VERY yummy!
