Porridge Banane Cacahuète Cacao Chia

Directions

  1. Ecrasez la banane avec 100g de skyr, 1 bâton de vanille et le cacao.
  2. Dans les 50g de skyr mélanger le beurre de cacahuète, le chia, 1 bâton de vanille et le lait.
  3. Dans un bocal en verre versez la moitié du mélange de bananes, puis recouvrez avec le mélange de cacahuètes et terminez avec le reste du mélange de bananes.
  4. Réfrigérer au moins 2 heures avant de servir. Vous pouvez décorer avec ce que vous voulez au moment de servir.
