- Kocok telur dan gula hingga putih kental berjejak.
- Masukan tape yang sudah dilumatkan ke dalam adonan telur aduk rata.
- Masukan terigu dan baking powder ke dalam adonan aduk rata.
- Terakhir masukan margarine dalam adonan aduk rata jangan sampai ada cairan yang mengendap di bawah adonan.
- Tuang dalam loyang panggang dengan suhu 160°C selama 50menit atau sampai bolu matang.
- Tes kematangan bolu dengan menusuk bolu jika sudah tidak ada adonan menempel maka bolu matang sempurna.
