Батончик на Перекус

Сытный, вкусный и низкокалорийный перекус.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Банан размять вилкой.
  2. Сухофрукты крупные разрезать.
  3. Залить сухофрукты кипятком на 15 мин.
  4. Обсушить сухофрукты и смешать со всеми ингредиентами.
  5. Вымешать тщательно, и выложить на противень застеленный пергаментом, разровнять в пласт толщиной примерно 2см.
  6. Выпекать в духовке 20 минут при 180°С.
  7. Дать остыть и нарезать на батончики.
