Directions
- Laita 300 ml kuumaa vettä leseisiin turpoamaan. Lisää sitten 200 ml kylmää vettä, suola, sokeri ja raastettu porkkana.
- Lisää pikkuhiljaa kuivahiiva, öljy ja jauhot. Sekoita hyvin.
- Levitä leivinpaperille ja anna levätä noin 40 minuuttia.
- Paista 200-225°C uunissa noin 25 minuuttia, kunnes leipä on saanut väriä ja pohja tuntuu kypsältä.
- Viipaloi ja tarjoile. Nauti ateriastasi.
