Directions
- Affettare la banana e metterla in una ciotola con i fiocchi d'avena.
- Usando le mani stringere l'impasto in modo da schiacciare ben ben il tutto e formare una massa che stia insieme. Aggiungere i pezzetti di cioccolata.
- Prelevare mucchietti di impasto pressandoli con le mani dando una forma più o meno tondeggiante che andranno su una teglia coperta con carta forno.
- Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 180 gradi per circa 10 minuti.
- Far raffreddare prima di servire.
- Note: non stracuocere i biscotti o diventano duri. La consistenza finale, dopo il riposo, è croccantini fuori e morbidi dentro. Sono buoni freddi. Migliorano con il riposo. Conservarli da freddi in una scatola di latta o un barattolo di vetro, durano anche 4-5 giorni.
