- Филе рыбы отварить 5-7 мин.
- Рыбу остудить и разобрать на мелкие кусочки.
- Взбить отдельно желтки с молоком. Взбить белки отдельно.
- Рыбу приправить мускатным орехом, поперчить, посолить.
- Смешать рыбу с желтками и следом ввести белки.
- Разложить в формовки и выпекать 30 мин при температуре 220 градусов.
