Huevo Perico

No pasa de ser un huevo revuelto...pero el sabor que tiene es delicioso para el paladar indicado.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Picar el tomate en cuadros. El perejil fresco debe cortarse a tamaño medio (pedazos de 2 a 4 cm).
  2. Ponga una cucharadita de mantequilla o media cucharada en una sartén con teflón a fundir. Una vez derretida, agregar los huevos y revolver como huevo revuelto.
  3. Cuando el huevo empiece a dejar de transparentar, agregar el tomate y el perejil. Adicionar sal a gusto y terminar la cocción cuando el huevo alcance la textura que le guste.
  4. Puede acompañar el huevo perico con todo tipo de pan o disfrutarlo solo. Esta receta queda muy bien acompañado arepas de maíz.
