Batido de Plátano
Batido sin galletas de plátano con leche semidesnatada.
Ingredients
Directions
- Introducir en un recipiente para batir, un vaso de leche semidesnatada bien fría, dos cucharaditas de azúcar morena, un poco de canela y un plátano de troceado.
- Batir todo muy bien separando al final la batidora para que genere un poco de espuma.
- Servir en una copa y disfrutarlo como bebida energética muy rica y saciaste. Estupenda para justo antes de hacer deporte ó para después.
